The AAI-CHY will emulate the factory VES by default. 1. If the vehicle has both Satellite and VES, one of the devices will have to be disconnected in order for the AAI-CHY to work. The AAI-CHY will then emulate which ever device that is disconnected. 2. If you are using a single disc radio (REF model), the factory Satellite (if available) must be disconnected. This radio has no option for VES, therefore the AAI-CHY can not emulate it.
